Colt 1911 22 Cal Conversion Kit - Ammo Recommendation?

I have a Colt 1911 22 lr cal conversion kit with the floating chamber & was wondering if it is OK to use high velocity or hyper velocity ammo with it?

Years ago I had a Colt Ace .22 conversion kit for my Colt Government. I used mostly CCI MiniMags in it and while it was fairly reliable (though the floating chamber had a tendency to get pretty dirty after 100 rounds or so), accuracy was pretty much just on the average side. Ended up getting rid of it and eventually ordering a TacSol 2211 for an Essex frame that I had put together. Definitely a quality conversion unit with much better results in the accuracy department.

I have a Wilson 22 LR 1911 conversion on a Colt MK IV, Series 70 frame. I shoot high velocity ammunition in it.

I have not tried any hyper velocity ammunition in it.

My Ciener won't even run on anything less. It doesn't even like Federal bulk but runs like a champ on Remington.
