Colt 1911 question?

Did Colt ever make a blued combat commander slide with an officer's size frame model? I know they made the CCO model.

I have heard that called the "Lieutenant Commander" as a custom shop limited run. If it's a 'real' one it should be marked that way.

I just won this on auction and I'm not sure if it is authentic or someone pieced it together. I'll find out when I have the SN. Either way it looks like a sweet Colt and I've always liked the shorter grip and longer slide.
