Colt Gunsite CCO

Question about Colt Gunsite models. First about the CCO model, are the mags the same as any standard 1911 mag or are they smaller? Ie. can you interchange mags between a full size 1911, Commander and this CCO?

Also did Colt ever put out a Gunsite model that was just a regular commander (not the officers frame)?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

CCO-style guns use Officer mags for a flush fit.

A standard 1911 mag will work if you don't mind the mag sticking out.
