The keyhole is the Cerro Metal forge marking, but that doesn't tell you a thing about who made it. Cerro is the forge that supplied the raw piece to the maker; and all the major makers have used Cerro fogings at on time or another.
Well, regardless, the entire thing is an exercise in semantics because either Colt or Diemaco built the gun. Either way, Diemaco has been licensed by Colt since 1976 and Colt recently purchased Diemaco lock, stock and barrel.
