Colt AR Value?

I'm helping a dear relative sale his Colt AR, but not sure on an asking price due to not finding much to compare it to. Would appreciate some help.

Colt AR 223, fixed stock, no forward assist, bayonet lug, same rifle used in vietnam.

Ballpark price?
