I picked up a new Colt SA 22LR Buntline Scout 9 1/2" barrel yesterday. It is unfired, unturned made in 1959. Does anyone know where I can find a 22 Magnum chamber for this gun? Just started searching. I am new to this forum and love the discussions.

Original cylinders are harder to find, but Gun Parts Corporation make a "replica".

Note that these need to be fitted and adjusted to fit the individual gun, they don't just drop in and fit properly.

Also note that Colt didn't make these for the .22 Magnum until after 1961, so your gun may not be safe to use with Magnum ammo. Magnum barrels have slightly larger bores than standard .22 Long Rifle. Its not a good idea to shoot larger bullet ammo like the .22 Magnum in a gun not made for it.
