Colt Detetctive Special question.

A quick question for you colt guys....does Crimson Trace make grips for Detective Special square butt? A very nice lady who happens to be a family friend carries one, and has decided she wants a dot on it. Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

I don't see it listed so I'd say no, but you could email them and ask.

I don’t believe so, but check their website to be sure. Also Detective Specials were made with three different butt styles.

1. Early production with a square butt.
2. Same, but with the butt rounded on the bottom
3. With the frame cut short, and the stocks extend and wrap around the bottom of the frame.

If Crimson Trace makes any laser stocks for the Colt D-frame it will be for the 3rd. butt option.
