Colt MK-IV 45 ACP Officer 8rd?

Was just wondering if anyone has found a magazine insert that would fill the gap on an 8 rd magazine in a Colt Officer.

doesn't wilson offer dedicated 8-rounders for the officer model?

Yes Wilson does, but they don't fill out the grip, just a strip in front that serves as a finger rest and blocks from overinsertion. I prefer them
