I rarely post pics of new acquisitions anymore, but I'm pretty excited about this one. It was manufactured in 1940. The craftsmanship that went into this .22 caliber revolver is all but lost now. More info here. Enjoy.

The gun by itself will sell for $300-$450. The Roper's will fetch $250-$300 or more. I'd say you did alright.
 
Very nice! I have a 1941 Officer's Model Target with Roper target grips and I agree about the quality of these revolvers. Mine does not have each chamber in the cylinder numbered however.

Also note the custom modification to the cylinder release to allow seeing the numbers when the cylinder is closed.
