I had a thread recently on the walker colt's wedge backing out, now I have a more confusing problem.
After I shot it last, I haven't been able to remove the barrel, it comes 3/4 of the way off the arbor and gets hung up. After further inspection, I noticed there is a very small burr on the arbor wedge slot, seems like the metal raised ever so slightly, from the wedge pounding into it?
Also, (please see pictures in the link) on both sides of the barrel on the wedge slot the metal is bulged very very slightly. Is this from the barrel beating into the wedge when firing?

I'm probably not explaining this very well but I'm doing the best I can.

Attached are the pictures, pics 1-3, and 5 show the barrel wedge slot metal bulging, and pic 4 you can't see the burr, but it shows the area of it, just to the right of the wedge and on the arbor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

Sorry you're having trouble with it! I really liked your video on it.

I will say, Goon's Gun Works will cure those problems.

My Uberti Walker is the least temperamental of the four Colt style revolvers I currently own. The 1862 Police is the worst. Sooner or later they will be Gonnerized. It well worth the price and waiting
