I recently acquired some 12 gauge handloads. The data supplied was as follows:
It states that these shells are 1 3/8 ounces of 00 buckshot ( 10 pellets ) propelled by 25 grs. of PB powder with Cheddite primers in crimped Multihull hulls. A wad is also used. No buffer.
I am limited to shotshell reloading data. What would be the velocity or dram eq. of these shells? Are they within safe limits?
The same recipe has been used with 1 oz. slugs. Are these safe?
Any info is appreciated
