Does anyone have any experience with these holsters?

I'm thinking about getting one with the C-Clips for my M&P 40.
The M&P seems slim enough for IWB carry and it looks like a really good holster.

Right now I'm using an adjustable paddle holster and I like it just fine, I just wanted a more concealable holster option.

Yes I have one, to practice draws with an airsoft replica of a SIG P226R (all metal, same dimensions). Mine has the C-clips.

I would say that in general, this is an uncomfortable holster for me, but then again the SIG is quite large and I only wear jeans and T-shirt, so the Kydex is up against my skin. Other gripes:

1) I couldn't get the ideal carry angle because the rear connecting leather tab is quite short, so if you try to get more angle on the Kydex clip, it is limited by the position of the holster itself.

2) The screws that are used to adjust the snugness of the holster are quite short, and for me I couldn't start out at the required snugness because the screws ran out of length. To be fair, this will get sorted as the holster wears in (and Kydex is removed from the inside) but I would be reluctant to suffer wear like that if this was a real SIG.

Good points: durable holster with adjustable carry angle. Provides consistent carry position and allows fast drawing. Very good customer service, can't fault them at all.
The bottom line is (for me) these holsters are probably better for more compact guns. A more compact gun like a P7, would kill all the gripes I have listed above.

I use a Comp-tac paddle for my BHP's when shooting IDPA, they make a good product. Personally I find all kydex holsters uncomfortable for IWB carry and have gone back to leather for everyday use.

Those are some good points.
Maybe I should stick with leather for IWB.
Any advice for a good leather IWB holster for a full-sized gun?

I've had a few of the C-Tacs and could never get used to how they felt on me. I do know that most people love them. I guess you will have to try one out for yourself.

If you order it and decide it is not for you Comp-Tac is wonderful about exchanging it for something else.

Right now I have Comp-Tac Pro-Undercovers for my Glock 30 and 17. I like to be able to carry my guns over my appendix and to quickly remove the gun and holster if necessary.

Comp-Tac is Good Stuff :D
