Compatability of JAE Gen II with SAI cluster rail system

If someone were to have VLTOR's Cluster Rail System installed on their M1A, would that preclude them from also dropping it in a JAE Gen II stock? I am intrigued by the full length 12 o' clock rail for mounting optics on the M1A as this is a unique feature the VLTOR cluster rail offers. I also really like the features offered by the JAE stock for an M21-type rifle, but I don't know if it is compatible with the cluster rail system. If someone has experience with one or both of these items and can say for sure if they are compatible, that would be super.

Nobody knows?

I remember reading a gun rag with an article on a SAI SOCOM II they dropped into a JAE, which I found interesting, even odd, but which was apparently satisfactory enough to warrent impressive reviews. I just can't remember if they had to remove the cluster rail system to drop it in the stock. I realize removal of the bottom rail section is probably necessary. This is fine by me.
