Compatibility of Saiga AK parts

Are the individual parts for Russian Saiga AK-47 standardized for other AK-47s? I know the Saiga AK does not use the standard AK magazine, but other than that, are the Saiga parts, such as extractor springs, compatible with other AK-47s?

Pretty much the same. They differ in the trigger assembly.

Yes, except when it comes to front end conversion. But the guts of the rifle are the standard AKM style.
