Jim Lynch Hummer of Chesterfield MO. is now also Adventure Shooting of Chesterfield MO. That's right all of you St. Louis/Eastern Missouri/ Southwest Illinois gun nuts, You can buy your evil gas guzzling Hummer and your EBR in one stop. It's actually pretty cool and eventually they should have either an outdoor or indoor range. Should be easy as the police range is 300-400 yards from their property. Guns, knives, military wanna be SUVS, ammo and camo, what more could you ask for?

Pricing is competitive with Cabela's and Dunns. Considering their target market, they should do ok.

I saw this report, very interesting. Only problem, I already have a Jeep that I have customized for heavy duty off roading. I can most definately out perform a Hummer. Besides the Hummer is too wide for the places I like to go and I already have a MAK90 in 5.56. It does sound like a great facility though.

The Hummer brand will also belong to the Chinese shortly once that deal goes through. But still, sounds like a pretty cool place to visit.

I forgot to ask if I can get custom gun racks for my hummer. And maybe they can get CMMG to do them up some special edition AR's to be sold only through the dealership/gun store.

Sounds like a fine place to me minus the Hummers. I rented an H2 for 10 day on a trip once it was the biggest PITA to park I have ever seen. I am used to driving larger vehicles (I usually drive a 4 door 4X4 Dodge)

The Detroit television news reported this and I almost threw up (actually I yelled at the TV) when a reporter from the station made a highly ignorant comment. For some reason there is no email address or comment phone number available for reporters at WDIV.

I think the comment was along the lines of "Oh so you just give people machine guns for buying a car?"

Now all we need is a higher-end version of the same idea at a Mercedes shop.

Buy a Gelandewagen, or import a Unimog, get a Blaser or Merkel.

TOTC --Land Rover had a Holland and Holland edition Range Rover in the early 90's didn't come with a gun though (or I'd have bought one). Considering it would have been like buying an H&H and getting a Rover for free.
