Ive actually been looking for that guide, thats how I learned how to sharpen a knife properly and I wanted to show a friend of mine, excellent resource, thankyou for posting it.

Seconded; I was linked to that guide via another site. Tried to read through it at work and had to stop. My God does that guy know everything about blades and sharpening them?!?
