Had the Desantis Scorpion IWB holster highly recommended to me from a very knowledgeable range officer at the DFW Gun Range. Most of the gentlemen there carry Glocks, Sigs, or 1911s, and I was informed the majority of them use the Desantis.
I'm shopping around myself for another holster. Most are going to be to bulky for the way I dress, but by the sounds of it this might not be a bad holster for you.
Also I would go to youtube and type in "concealed holster" Nutnfancy does really great review on firearms and holsters. He's recommended a few Galco Products such as the 'Summer's somethingoranother" and the "Royal Guard"
You really have to ask yourself what's your objective towards concealed carry. Faster draw, comfort and/or concealment.
If you live in a dangerous neighborhood and you think the likelihood of you having the pull your firearm is higher than you should consider going for a faster draw. Appendix position, strongside, or 5 o'clock canted might be good for you.
If you really don't think you're going to be pulling your gun, but you'd like to have it and have it be holstered comfortable enough so that you actually carry it I might honestly suggest a belly band for deep concealment, and comfort.
After you decide what makes the most sense for you for a day in and day out carry (and of course you carry style can vary depending on weather, dress, mood) then start shopping "What's the best concealment holster for IWB appendix" or "What's a good belly band brand". It will help you narrow it down. But the Keypoint is that you need to a "SYSTEM" and one that is comfy enough so you don't start leaving your sidearm at home!
Hope this is a good start. Looks like you got some more research to do!
