Concealing a 386

Does anyone know much about a concealment holster for a S&W 386 Mountain Light? I am going to use one as a backup weapon, and I was thinking of trying to stick it on my vest under the uniform shirt under my left arm (I'm right handed). Has anyone done this? Are the holsters that fasten to bullet proof vests very good? Is the gun small enough to stow under the arm or do I need to plan on going to my ankle with it? I am 6'1" and about 240 lbs so I am not a small framed person, but I also don't want a giant tumor under my uniform.

I don't believe you will be able to find a factory vest holster for that gun.

www.c-rusty.com has a custom vest holster available. Rusty makes great gear, I'm sure he could make one for that gun.

Another option is one of the clip on IWB holsters, using one of those as a vest holster is doable.

I've used a vest holster for 6 years and I know a lot of guys who also use them and they are a good way to carry a BUG.
