Actually I am a Baptist (by conviction not tradition) but I preach in nursing homes a lot (they keep it "warm" in there). Also the the church I belong to very relaxed. (don't take that to mean wishy-washy).

Here's my solution. It's very thin, comfortable and completely tuckable. It's also much less expensive, because you can use one of these belts instead of the spendy gun belts. Give it a thought.

Before my grandfather passed he spent two years in a nursing home. "Warm" is the nicest word for it. Stifling more like it. Save on the heat, put some blankets over the old folks.

Smart carry has worked for me for years when my dress style didn't allow for any other type of holster. I even use the smart carry when I go to the gym. For the gym I stick with the very thin LC9 and sometimes the LCR in .357. Outside the gym I can carry everything up to a full sized 1911 without anyone knowing I'm carrying. Though, for comfort when sitting I'd go for a shorter barreled handgun with the Smartcarry.
