Concealment holsters for 2nd-gen S&W compact?

For a 469 specifically. Tried a couple that either didn't work well or didn't hold onto it (a couple 3rd-gen's have a blocky slide, instead of rounded, and the trigger guard section on some won't accept the squared older one.

Does anyone know of any for a different pistol that would cross over well, or is this a DIY project?

I found this listing at Don Hume for the 469 with square trigger guard. Or, any custom maker worth his salt should be able to make one for it.
