Thanks guys! Anybody have any recommendations for sharpening a knife this large? It came sharp, but not as sharp as I'd like. Does not take hair of the arm.

FWIW...
I use wet dry sand paper to sharpen my big knives.
# I take large flat wooden paint stirers.
# "Cut to fit" some mouse pad strips and glue them onto the stir sticks.
# I cut the different grade sandpaper strips .and temp glue them onto the pad on the stick.
# I then use the stick as a file and start stroking the edge gaining a polish as I go to the next finer grade of wet dry. I also will use a leather strop at times.
