Hey all,
I have been reading up on some of the gun laws, especially the states that have implemented new "assault weapon" restrictions.
By my reading an AR that was made PRIOR to 1994, what has always been termed as "PRE-BAN" are legal to sell and transfer in Connecticut without too much trouble.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_the_United_States_by_state#Connecticut
Is this correct?
I've got a Pre-Ban AR, a Colt, that I would like to sell and have been wondering if it could be sold to someone in these states that enacted new laws after Sandy Hook.
Thoughts?
Thank you for your help.
