Has anyone ever loaded some .308 High Velocity Controlled Chaos 110gr Bullets for 300 blackout or any other similar round? If you have please leave a comment and thanks.

I have no experience with the Lehigh bullets but their website recommends using standard jacketed data of the same weight bullet. Hodgdon has data for .300blk using 110gr V-Max bullets.

Load Data

Controlled Chaos Load Data - Controlled Chaos rifle bullets develop very similar chamber pressures to equivalent weight lead jacketed bullets.

For starting load data, please refer to the powder manufacturer's starting load for an equivalent weight lead jacketed bullet.

For performance and safety purposes we only recommend the use of OEM manufactured 300 AAC Blackout/Whisper brass.

Yes, I have. Lehigh publishes some really great load data for all their bullets, but you probably knew that already.

Those 110’s shot and functioned very well out of my Noveske N4. The groups were not quite as good as the Barnes TAC-TX 110’s (which are amazing). Still, 5 shot groups were well under an inch off the bench at 100 yards.

I loaded up 200 rounds of the Chaos for home defense. You have seen the videos on the expansion, wicked. But I prefer the TAC-TX and stockpile those when I can. They’re cheaper than Lehigh too.

What I really like from Lehigh is the 194 Max Expansion subsonic round. That is in my mag right now with the can on the end of the barrel. Got about 1.5” groups at 100 with those. Check it out:
