The 10mm breach face is smaller that the 45 ACP breach face. As was mentioned above and new top end (slide, barrel, etc.), a 40/10mm extractor and 45 ACP magazines.
You could buy a new Glock cheaper than attempting the conversion.
If you had a 21, you could convert it to 10mm with a heavier spring, the slide of the .45 is lighter than the 10mm, so you really should compensate for it with a tougher spring or refrain from heavy loads.
