converting 30-06 to 375 ruger

i have a smith&wesson hursqvarna made 30-06 . is it possible to rebarell it to375 ruger

Yes.
New barrel, and open up the bolt face & extractor for the larger case rim.

Also plan on some additional cost altering the receiver feed rails & follower to get it to feed.

All things considered?
You would be money ahead to sell your 30-06 and buy a .375 Ruger that already feeds right.

Your Husky 30-06 is a nice gun, you should have no trouble selling it. If you really want a 375 Ruger that badly, just buy one.
