Cooper 21 rifle barrel choices

I have a Cooper model 21 that's presently chambered in .223 with a 1:14 rate of twist. I'd like to re-barrel it but getting a barrel from Cooper is proving to be an exercise in waiting; it's been there since January with no firm idea when I'll see it.

I got to thinking, since I've seen re-barreled Coopers, are there barrel makers who make barrels that would fit a Cooper 21 short action like mine?

I don't know of anybody making a ready to go barrel for a Cooper action.
It would be a straightforward gunsmithing job to thread, chamber, and headspace a barrel starting with a blank or contoured blank.

When I called a few weeks ago they said 2 months for a rebarrel.
