Could/Should a 260 Rem bullet seater be used to seat 260AI bullets?

I am currently loading 260 Rem rounds using Redding FL sizing die and a Forster Ultra Micrometer bullet seating die. I really like the Forster bullet seating die. I plan to start loading 260AI rounds soon and I have the Redding 260AI FL sizing and bullet seating dies.

I was wondering if it would be feasible/advisable to use the Forster 260 Rem bullet seating die to seat bullets for the 260AI rounds?

Try it.
The 260 is a fairly straight walled case to start with so the AI case might fit just fine. I use my RCBS 7mm-08 seating die for my 7mm-08 AI, works just fine.

BTW, if you want to neck size only, the Lee Collet neck die will work with the AI case as well.
