Courses in South Florida...?

I am looking for some tactical or scenario based courses that members have tried and would recommend in the South Florida area. I have found some sites, but I want to spend the money on the best class/instructors.

Courses that include pistol, rifle, and shotgun.

I'm interested as well. I'm in the Miami-Dade area and would love to take some advanced pistol courses.

Folks, do your research. IIRC, there was at least one school in the area that was "clownshoes" and, no, I don't remember who.

Diablo and JP,

What would you guys consider "advanced?"

If you want to draw from a holster and work on speed, take a case of ammo to Pembroke range during a weekday. If you know what you are doing, they won't bother you. Multiple targets, drawing from a holster, rapid fire are all ok - if you are safe doing so.

If you want something beyond that, PM me with what you are looking for. I can put you in touch with instructors, but getting a range in Broward or Dade may be difficult.

20 of us used to rent Markham once a month and hire an instructor to do room clearing drills, shooting from cars etc., but that ended about 2 years ago.
