I reloaded for a mini-14. I never had any issues with bullets moving in or out. When I did load cannelured bullets, the cannelure didn't reach the neck anyway. And those bullets gave me 1/2 MOA groups - better than the Hornady match bullets I settled for.
Some factory ammunition has a resin to seal and/or help hold the bullet. Anyone know anything about that?
