CTD Catalog Today

I just received my new cheaper than dirt catalog today. It still has the pre panic prices for ammo listed.

I buy very, very little from them but decided after their recent stunts of doubling ammo prices I had had enough. I called them ask to be removed from the mailing list. I explained that after the price hikes and halting gun sales I would not be doing anymore business with them.

If you call to do the same thing look inside the cover and use the 1-800 number. The big number on the front and back won't work.

I let em keep wasting money, quite a few catalogs go straight in the bin beside the door.

I sent them an email linked from their site stating they would never see another dime from me as a result of the gouging. I keep un-subscribing from their email, yet keep getting them. They are right up there with the sleaze that calls my business and refuse to stop - once you've made a potential customer mad, badgering them just won't make it all better.

If their catalog has one price and their website has another, are they obligated to honor the catalog price?

Many businesses will honor the catalog price if it's a current mailing, but given CTD's track record, I would be extremely surprised to get such results from them.

they recently had beta mag for $600... no longer listed in stock.. looks like someone actually paid that much for a 100 round mag... wow... their $100 ar mags are also no longer listed as in stock... wow... must be nice to have money to blow like that...

I posted this because I wanted to send a message to CTD. Lots of people have stated they won't deal with them in the future. Lots of folks said that in 2008 also. I wonder how many stuck to that vow?

I don't really want them to go out of business. I want them to get the idea that the people who buy from them don't appreciate being jacked up when there is a crisis. We have enough to worry about with the criminal government without worrying about our own screwing us too. What was it Ceasar said? Et Tu Brute?

I have all the enemies I need right now. Please, no more knives in my back.
