Backup is S&W 642 in Desantis pocket holster.

This is an interesting thread to browse through.
More than a few 220's. They do run like swiss watches.
Glock M36 in the city. M29 in the country.

5" 1911 IWB and SIG P232 in my vest pocket.

Oh, yeah, and the 296 in my purse. (I can probably ditch the J-frame speedloader from my purse now that I've started carrying the 232 instead; stuff goes into that bag and then never comes out... :uhoh: )

Daily carry, when I can: Sig P-239 9mm,winchester 115 gr JHP..carry in a Wild Bills IWB with his 1.25" double thick dress belt, and spare belt mag..oh yes, almost forgot the cell phone...but so far, I'm not into the knife carry...

Here's a little bit smaller pic for you farscott.

What I always carry:

Gerber AR3 Pocket Knife
Leatherman 'Squirt' Multi Tool
Mini-Mag, one of these single cell AAA types
Keys
Wallet
Pen
Money (what little I've got)
Nail Clippers

What I carry when I'm able to really "carry":

All the above
Makarov Pistol, loaded with 8 95 gr Hornady XTPs +P (they are my own handloads)

Coming soon (whenever I've got the $):

Beretta Tomcat .32 ACP for use as a BUG (Back-Up-Gun)

I don't get to 'pack the mak' most of the time, because I get into trouble if I take it to work or to school, and 90% of the time, if I am outta the house, I am in one of those 2 places...

Man do I need one of those digital cameras!

Lately its been a Nowlin/Caspian 38 super in a Bullman Full belt slide. The knife varies from day to day.

If I only had a camera for this post!

Whats up with that Tenka knive? Never heard of it.

Just looked it up and it looks pretty cool.
Is the blade spring loadded?
how do you open and close it?

Colt Commando 3rd issue .38 special, and a CRKT M16-14 knife. Also an 8X10 picture of my ex-wife which upon viewing will paralize a charging Cape Buffalo.

BHP, or Llama Mini-Max .45, in Fobus paddles or an Uncle Mike's shoulder. I have a Fobus double mag paddle for the .45. I have to order one for the Browning (much thicker mags).

Up until last week: Glock 26, BladeTech Ultimate Concealment Holster, spare mag (usually just in a pocket but sometimes in a pouch), and a Benchmade Griptilian.

This week: Glock 26 in a belly band, or KelTec P32 in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster. The BladeTech people are replacing my UCH -- which broke, finally, after 3 years of faithful and very hard service and innumerable draws.

We hear from Namibia that a German tourist's holiday down there came to an end when he was mistaken for a baboon and shot by a local farmer. If this poor fellow looked enough like a baboon to be mistaken for one, he may be better off dead. – Col. Jeff Cooper

Lendringser & Cratz2;

Check out the new offering from Kahr, if I remember correctly, it's called the T-9. A little larger gun. Pity they didn't put a hammer on it though.

concerned citizen / Tekna

I bought the Tekna knife shown in the early '80s. I have 5 different knives that they produced. The knife is about 3/16" thick. You open it by pressing and sliding the oblong button seen on the top face of the knife with your thumb. It locks in both the open and closed position. It opens and closes very quick. I have been looking for another one of these, but haven't seen one for awhile.

I work in jacket&tie

I carry my G22, even though it might spontaneosly explode on my hip, in a Tucker Texas Heritage IWB tuckable. Under a white dress shirt it disappears--honest. On a Bulman Gunleather "UGB" Ur ban Gun Belt which looks like a dress belt.

Oh, and one of those little 2-blade/scissors Swiss Army knives for trimming nails, cutting cigars, etc.
