Good evening fellas, how is your day going? I was wondering how many current production Bolt-Action rifles have controlled round feed. I am aware of the newer Winchester Model 70s, the Ruger M77, I know the CZ 550 was CRF, but it was replaced CZ 557, which is a push feed gun. I am of course ok with push feed rifles, I just don't like them as much as control feed rifles. Doesn't Remington make a controlled feed rifle too? Or did they discontinue it?

Add Kimber and Montana Rifle Company to the CRF list. I don't know of any CRF rifles that were ever made by Remington.

Winchester M70s
Kimber 84M/84L/8400
Montana Rifle Company (everything)
CZ 550 (they're still made, just not widely distributed)
BRNO and Zastava Mausers
Remington 798 (now discontinued I guess just recently)
FN SPR
Dakota Arms (various)
Ruger M77

Plus several action makers that don't make whole rifles, and custom rifle makers that don't make actions.

What companies are making control feed actions?

If someone is importing them again the Zastava M70 is just the M98 Mauser with a trigger (as opposed to bolt shroud) safety. They even make them in left hand, although nobody is importing those in any quantity for sure. I was part of a group buy that imported a handful of lefties a few years ago and they are great guns. I wish I had bought a couple more.

Please elaborate.
They do special runs that are imported. The most recent have been with a Manners stock and melonite barrel (the Sonoran). They came in .270, .30-06, 7mag, .300WM, and the Nosler magnums. They've also recently done a runs of heavy barrel sporters with spiral flute barrels, full Mannlicher stock ones, and ones with a spiral barrel and ebony tip on the stock.

The 3rd action maker I was thinking of is Defiance. By default they have a M700 type bolt, but claw extraction and blade eject is an option.

Thanks. I know about those but was thinking there might be some I didn’t know about.

Wholesale Hunter has them sometimes. They have .270 and 7mm-08 right now.
