I'm tickled with my new Optima V2 Pistol, and would really like to give Buckhorn 209 a try. But everywhere except on Ebay (for close to MSRP), they seem to be listed as "sold out" or "on back order". From the reading I've done, the special accessory CVA breech plug for Buckhorn 209 is really needed to allow ignition on the new powder. The first time I shot my pistol (and mercy it was a wrist smacking hoot!) with FFG Triple Seven, I had thatr hard to remove crud ring I read about but never experienced when using FFFG triple Seven in my Old Army's. Scrubb scrubb soak soak scrub scrub again. Supposedly Buckhorn 209 doesn't do this and I'd like to give it a go.
While I'm at it, does Buckhorn have the same power per weight as Triple Seven?
Has there been a run I wasn't aware of on the special breech plug for my gun?

I also know of a fellow who will modify your breech plug. PM me if you need that info.
