Friend of mine has a son that absolutely loves to hunt, and the kid has a few physical limitations. One of the guys he worked with suggested a thumbhole stock for the boy, and he liked the way it felt so much he would like to get one for both of their guns IF he can.
He's shooting a CVA Wolf and the kid's shooting a CVA Optima.
He would definitely like to find a thumbhole stock for the son, as he feels this would improve his ability to manage the gun immensely. I searched high and low on the net and the only place I've found one of any nature is Natchez Shooters Supplies. Midway and Brownell's were the only other two I found that had carried them, and they are both showing them out of stock and as discontinued by manufacturer.
Haven't found one at all for the Wolf, but from What I'm seeing this option was never offered on the Wolf; the optima was a step up, and it was offered that model and up.
Anyone know where there might be another source?
