Can a 14-to-1 threaded barrel be RE-threaded to 1/2x28 ??

Basically, I want to get these 14-to-1 threaded CZ-52 barrels to accept 1/2x28 muzzle devices.

Possible? Other ideas?

Look in shotgun news.....they sell the cheap "drop in" barrels with a std. thread configuration.
