Before the chorus of "Yer glass ain't nuthin' but trash" starts, I confess this is a temporary mount until I get something really nice. That is, presuming that the rifle and I shoot well enough to deserve some really nice glass. So for now, for about $200 total for the scope and the Leupold high mounts, it really seems to fit pretty well. The eye relief is OK. The bolt handle clears the bell and the sidewheel clears the mounts. All in all, not bad for starters. The LockTite is drying and I have next week off! Hope to post some 100 yard groups with 55gr FMJ's very soon.
