Well, I've finished up on looking at guns and have settled on these two. Now, as a note, I would like to add that I'm looking for .22 conversions for the gun. EAA's Witness and conversion kits are cheaper than CZs. However, locally there seem to be only CZs, so would have to order online or drive down to another town. I would like see what people think on both these guns, and the companies customer service (I've heard some bad things about EAA). I am interested in 10mm, although .40 is perfectly fine and cheaper. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

I have a "duo-tone" CZ75B in 40 S&W. Nearly 2500 rounds with ZERO problems and I bought it used!
The only problem is that mags are pricey, otherwise great gun!
If you are close by you are welcome to try it out!

Well, 10mm just took a large blow to me. 
After checking out brass prices on Midway, I can buy 1000 once-fired .40 brass for the same price as 100 new 10mm brass. There is no once-fired brass. If 10mm was more popular it would be easier to find it. Guess everyone who shoots the 10, reloads there brass.

I've owned three CZ-75s in .40, and two 10mm Witnesses, so I may not be the best guy to answer this question. No problems with any gun, and the only monkeying I did with any of them was fitting a .22 conversion kit. Only my father has been able to talk me out of one. The CZs are more accurate, better triggers, etc., and generally come across exactly like what they are: Better finished guns by the original manufacturer.
If you're hung up on 10mm or like the EAA caliber options, look at the Witness long and hard. Not a darn thing wrong with it other than it's rougher than its more polished cousin. Mind you, if something is wrong with it, you're going to have to deal with EAA...

Same here I have many of both.
Both are easy on the wallet
CZ's edges and corners are smoother.
Witness comes in 10mm
CZ mags work
EAA mags need work
CZ extractors sometimes weak
EAA launch brass into other time zones.
Each has their quirks BUT GET YOUR OWN because I am not giving up any of mine

Sorry, haven't bought or priced one in a while. Based on the trend I saw when I was looking, I think that comes out lower than I would have expected. The gun is certainly worth it, but I don't know if anybody can beat it.
420 is about the going store rate. You can find some 75b's for 350 online but by the time you pay for shipping and a local FFL to recieve it for you, your at 420.
Which one is it? Like I said thats the going store rate for the base models of the 75b's, P01 series except the RAMI they tend to go for about 40 to 60 more.
