Could one of you CZ or Witness owners do me a favor and measure the length of a 9mm magazine from the floorplate to the top of the feedlips?

My CZ clone (IMT AT-84S) works fine with its one 15-round mag, but I need to find another compatible magazine for it. I tried Baby Eagle mags, but they stick out of the magwell by about 1/10th of an inch, and the gun has FTE/FTF issues at least once per mag with the Baby Eagle hicaps. The AT-84S seems to be a bitwise clone of the early CZ-75, so I am hoping that I won't have to track down scarce AT-84 mags.

Muchabliged.... :)

There's a group of CZ Clone owners on http://www.czforum.com/ who call themselves the "CZ CLONE CLUB" they've put together what they call the "MAGAZINE COMPATIBILITY MASTER LIST" to discuss the issues your facing. Their posts and experiences might prove benficial?

Right at 4.80 inches for my 15 round CZ75B mag (from the bottom of the base plate). It functions 100%, and sticks out of my '96 military model thusly:

My factory 10rd measured 125 mm measuring up the back of the magazine and 119 mm in standing height.

Not to hijack the thread, but how well do the Pro-Mag ten rounders work in a CZ 75? Natchez--when in stock--sells neutered Pro-Mags for $11-12, while factory mags seem to run about $30. Seems wrong to pay three times as much if the Pro-Mags work, ya' know?

Thanks
