HBE Leatherworks
He makes about the widest variety of CZ holsters around, and its all first class, handmade stuff. He'll adjust the designs to suit your individuals needs. And while you'd expect otherwise, the prices are very reasonable.
Eric will tell you, by the way, will generally say that a properly boned holster (leather fitted tightly to the gun) will keep it very secure, making a thumbstrap unnecessary. (Straps are really important on loose holsters; less important on properly fitted ones.
Any thumbstrap holster that works with the fullsize CZ will work well with the compact models; the slide is only slightly smaller and the frame itself is practically the same.
That said, if you don't find what you like at Eric's place... I bought a used 4043 from my son. It was his duty gun and his department swapped out to SIG Pros. He bought a Safariland 518 paddle (1897?) for off-duty use, and here it is with a full-size CZ in place.
I also can use this holster with a Sphinx compact and a CZ Compact. You don't can't tell,
from feel, that it wasn't made for the guns in question.
