Production Holsters for CZ 75 D PCR?

Can anybody recommend a good production leather OWB holster designed specifically for the CZ 75 D PCR? Using the search function I found lots of references to good custom holsters, and I found references to holsters designed for other guns that will also fit the PCR. But who makes a good production leather OWB holster intended specifically for the PCR?

Will any holster intended for a compact 75 fit the PCR? Do P-01 holsters work well with the PCR, even though the P-01 has a beefier front end?

I use a Bianchi Shadow II designed for the Sig P228/229 for my CZ-75D PCR. Works great.

High Noon has some GREAT rigs. Anything made for the Compact will fit the PCR just fine. Stuff made for the PO1 will also fit, unless it is molded plastic, then it will be more open at the end, for the PO1 M3 rail.
I carried my PCR and PO1 in the same IWB rig, a Bianchi M-100.
