I own and carry a CZ PCR which is an alloy framed version of the CZ 75 compact (the one in question would be a steel frame. Mine has the decocker, but has been flawless since the beginning, I have about 2,500 rounds through it. They are great guns, and would be a suitable firearm for home defense.
The Mec-Gar magazines for the compact are very nice magazines as well at a cheaper price than OEM, in which I believe Mec-Gar makes for CZ.
As far as price, I've seen them in my area for $450-500 selling used. I would say that you should have some wiggle room to haggle down, but it would be worth the $550, they are great guns. New one can find these online for $500-550.
What does it come with? Just the firearm, box, papers and the two magazines?
