They're both basically the same. If you have an armorer/smith that can work on a CZ he can work on the BE, too.
I used to have a BE and sold if off when I got out of DA/SA guns. Then Armalite came out with the AR-24 and I got one of those. It's basically the same gun with some refinements (including using forged steel as opposed to cast) and slightly different styling.
The real keys would be: Warranty support, if that's important; and whether you want a standard safety or a decocker. If the latter (and it's what most LEOs specify) then you want the CZ-75D.
i have a BE and i love it. i have shot a few IPSC matches with the guys at work. if you practice with the safety enough it becomes so natural you flip it off as you come up.
