Hey pallies. I'd like to SBR a D-Technik "Skorpion". It is a SA version of the vz61 in .32 Auto. Anywho, it does not have the slot on the back for the stock. I'm also having a heck of a time finding out how to best mount a stock after the Form 1 is approved. The stocks can be had all over, but no so much mounting hardware.

Anyone done this? How was it accomplished? Thanx.

I have a piece that was made by a fellow who advertised them on sturmgewehr.com. It is a dovetail slot that is milled to fit the rear of the Skorpion receiver and it attached with two machine screws, for which you must drill and tap two holes in the receiver. Then the stock slides in. Pretty neat. You might want to make an inquiry over there in their NFA forum.

Thanks for the link; I'll check it out. I'm having no trouble locating surplus stocks. The mounting hardware is another topic.

Another question: Any recommendations on a surpressor for this pistol? I think I will have the barrel threaded and mount a smallish 9mm can.

If you have trouble tracking one down, let me know and I'll dig through my old e-mail files to see if I have the contact information.

I was going to use my AAC QD on mine. BUT...if you are going to use it AND the stock, you have to put a barrel extension on it and have that set up for the can. Not enough barrel otherwise.

Thanks all for the details. I have, as of yet, not found a source for the mounting hardware that is not currently out of stock. I'll keep at it though.

In the mean time, I think threading it and installing a can might be good fun. :D
