Dallas/Fort Worth Area Pawn Shops

Lately I find myself frequenting local pawn shops at lunchtime, and I have been finding some pretty good deals on guns. Do any Dallas/Fort Worth Area HighRoaders have any favorite Pawn Shops they would like to share?

I will start it off. CashAmerica Pawn on Mill Street in Lewisville. Ruger Super Redhawk .44 marked 529.99, got it out the door for 480.

Anybody want to share their honey holes?

I'm empty, but intend to watch the thread.

My experiences have been universally grim.
Not even Bachman's is exempt - I can pound their prices buying from Alaska and paying air frieght.

I did have a nice conversation with a pawnshop owner in Arlington who told me he took anything worth having home for his personal collection.

The one on Jefferson with the 300.00 Hi-Point was something of a disappointment.

Silver Dollar in Garland was OK, until they burned down. Handguns were spotty but they had a few decent long guns and they were very good about listening to fair market offers.

They still do $10 transfers for CHL holders while they're in their Rockwall temporary digs...

Can't say I'm much help either; I've been watching the threads but can't say I have great local spot for you.

I'll keep everyone informed if I'm lucky enough to find one.
