I think Glock may have redesigned their trigger bar without telling anyone. We have had several G22's with excessive peening on the firing pins, leading to failure of the firing pin safey test. It seems that the trigger bar is not raising the firing pin safety plunger far enough. I/we have received a couple of new triggers with a higher trigger bar (the part that depresses/raises the firing pin safety plunger.) I'd give it some range and dry firing time. If you notice peening on your firing pin, or failure of your firing pin safety, I'd definitely say replace it.
