I agree to an extent but it really only shows in bright light. Unless you were outside or shined a flashlight on it in the shop you most likely would miss it. If

So if it takes bright lights and mirrors is it even really an issue with 99.9% of gun buyers? Or is it that. 01% that bitches the loudest?

I think that it would be an issue for some and not for others. No mirrors were needed to see it only enough light to make it visible. I think the more troubling part is that Keith at DW knew is was a common issue but really did not offer a solution. If they know this is an issue guns that display that kind of defect should be sold as blemish guns which DW does all the time instead of shipping them out hoping the customer does not notice or care. I used to be a biggger DW fan but IMHO in the last 3 years they have lost their way a little bit.
