Interesting story here . Note how they claim this guy is such a dangerous person with HOLLOW POINT Ammunition , which they say is illegal , but do not mention that Hollow Points are only illegal in New Jersey .
He is supposed to be so dangerous , he has THREE Handguns AND a Shotgun !!!

Notice the screaming headline ; COURT BOMBSHELL ! 200 rounds of ammunition !

The article reflects very poor journalism.

Check NJ State Police web site on hollow point ammo....they're OK under their conditions.

The story is also incorrect. Possession of hollow point ammunition is not illegal in New Jersey in your dwelling. See N.J. Rev Stat 2C:39-3g(2)a.

Although this guy sounds like the south end of a north-bound horse - it would seem his "offenses" are clearly protected by the first and second ammnedments.
