Folks,
At present, I'm working on three projects:
1) The whole CCW thing. We're closing in on the final lawsuit to actually FIX this crap, pending getting certain specific people through the application process and with "standing to sue". The lawyer is lined up. We have enough research on the equal protection violations and especially *racial* discrimination evidence to proceed. We even have the case law and gameplan together - see also "A Practical Guide To Race And Gun Control", esp. the 2nd chapter - the 1st is good background, but isn't what we'll use in court:

2) We have two mild CCW reform bills in play this year. I'm feeding data to both efforts (AB462 by Haynes and SB435 by Knight) and helping prep 435 for revision.
See also this document for an example of what I mean:

(A second version is being customized for SB435.)
3) I'm involved in a MAJOR project, sort of a "continuation of the MMM thing". Can't go into details yet, not in public.
The good news: I've got funding to keep operating full time coming. Some professional writing projects are in the pipe, a locally produced grant in a few weeks it appears, and that'll give me a little extra to kick off the holster biz and stay solvent long-term.
Problem: I've run flat out of operating cash to live for those two weeks. I need about $300. If you can help, and you're previously known in the RKBA world, I can show you what #3 is about, and why having to walk away for a while just to earn survival cash would be a mess.
If you can help, or know of a possible grant source, drop me a line at [email protected]
Thanks in any case for reading this far.
