Dantastic Four - my four Dan Wesson revolvers

Beautiful peices. Everyone's grips look so good! I've had a tough time finding original style grips for my DW. Mine are a bit beat up and I'm not handy enough to fix them.
I see a lot of them on ebay. I found a very early production smooth walnut/no medallion target grip in perfect condition for $18.95. Mostly I see checkered target grips with DW or DWA medallions. My 1981 15-2 probably wouldn't have come with smooth no medallion grip but I don't really care. It fits my XL hand well although a little slippery. IMG_0239.JPG

The first DW I bought had the original, non-medalion wood grip like Stonebuster's, & I didn't really like it since I don't have oversized hands, so I found a set of Pachmayr presentation grips at Numrich Gun Parts, which don't look as good as wood, but they look OK & they are great from a utility perspective. I also ended up buying a set of Hogue Pau Ferro wood grips for it and I think those are excellent grips.

My other model 15 had the original DW medalion, walnut, target grips and my model 22 had the original W medalion, walnut, target grips as well so I didn't have to make any changes.

I’ve got a few. Mostly in the 15 family, but I have a few odd balls - a 722 in 22 mag, and a 732 .32H&R Magnum Pistol Pac.

Great guns I'm also a Dan Wesson fan from personal experience finding them to be the most accurate or at least competing to be the most accurate revolvers I've shot n 357.
I currently have model 15-2 monson made with 8 inch and 6 inch barrels.

Question:
What caliber is that stainless steel 741 somebody put a picture of,
And what model Dan Wesson what I be looking for if I wanted a 44 Magnum?
Are Dan Wesson 44 Magnums as accurate as the 357 s?

741 is a .41 magnum and a 44 magnum is a model 44 for blued and a 744 for stainless. I don't have one, but I saw a link posted on the Dan Wesson forum where the guy was consistently hitting an 8" steel plate at 100 yards with a model 744, 10" barrel, and scope at 4 power. Here is the link to the post.
