More proof that people dont kill people, guns do. Sometimes those things just seem to have a mind of their own. Maybe he fed it too much whiskey.

You beat me too it. Because of stoooopid/biased reporting like this, lots of people think guns have magical properties and are self-aware. They never say that the trigger was accidentally pulled. It's just like when someone has a ND when they are "cleaning" their gun.
